- Returns Window
If something arrives damaged, doesn’t match what you ordered, or just feels wrong, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. After that window, it becomes a bit harder to process, so the sooner you reach out, the better. - Eligibility
To process a return, the item should be in its original condition. That usually means unused, unwashed, with packaging and tags still intact. Items that come back in poor condition may not qualify. - Items That Can’t Be Returned
A few things are final sale for hygiene or operational reasons:
Beauty or personal care items
Underwear or swimwear
Digital products
Items marked “Non-returnable” at checkout
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an update. If it’s approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Banks and payment processors sometimes take 3 to 7 working days to reflect the money. - Exchanges
If you want a different size, color, or variation, just open a request. In many cases, we may simply process it as a new order after receiving the return, but we’ll guide you through it once you reach out. - Wrong or Damaged Items
If what you received isn’t what you bought, or it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo. We’ll replace it or issue a refund quickly. - Return Shipping
Return shipping costs depend on the situation:
If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover the cost.
If it’s a change of mind or a non-fault issue, the buyer covers return shipping.

- Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, it has to follow the normal return process.
